Group Visits

At Northwest, we understand that with the busy schedules of students and families, it is sometimes difficult to coordinate an individualized daily visit. Thus, many high schools and outreach programs have much success in scheduling a group tour with us.

Registration Information and Guidelines

Northwest wants to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. When registering, we ask that you please consider the below information:

  • Northwest welcomes group visits only on: Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Please contact us before confirming your travel plans, as certain peak days and times may not be available.
  • Our campus visit schedule fills up quickly. Please have alternative dates in mind when calling to schedule a group visit.
  • Consider what agenda options might be best for your students. We highly encourage incorporating a group walking tour only for those students that are considering Northwest. Please work with the Assistant Director of Admissions prior to the day to ensure needs and expectations are clear.
  • Visiting groups will not exceed 75 students. This allows our Student Ambassadors to provide the best tour experience possible.
  • Please provide at least one chaperone for every 10 students
  • If visitors become disruptive during the tour, Northwest Student Ambassadors are authorized to end the tour immediately
  • Meeting room spaces and classrooms are limited during the school day; thus, late arrival may result in the omission of original agenda items. Please be sure to arrive on time for your visit

Sample Schedule of Events

Please refer to our standard agenda, provided below. It serves as a great starting point for your visit, but please keep in mind that other agenda items can be added. Just ask our Assistant Director of Admissions!
